Synopsis

A divorced couple meet again as the manager of a wedding department of a hotel and as a groom. A murder case takes place.

Nam Sang-Hyo (Yoo In-Na) is the manager for the wedding department of a hotel. She is a perfectionist with a bright personality. She divorced 7 years ago.

She meets her ex-husband Gu Hae-Young (Jin Yi-Han) as a client at the hotel. Sang-Hyo and Hae-Young were in love and married, but they divorced less than 100 days later. Hae-Young is a famous architect. 

Sung-Gyeom (Nam Goong-Min) is the management director of the hotel and Sang-Hyo’s boss. The murder case that brings about a crisis at the hotel is related with his personal history. Gu Hae-Young is a famous architect who was previously married to Nam Sang - Hyo , 7 years ago.By a turn of fate, he meets his ex-wife again who happens to be the wedding-planner of his upcoming marriage. To make matters worse, a murder at his wedding drags him into the investigation.

Nam Goong-Min as Jo Sung-Gyeom

Sung-Gyeom is the management director of the hotel and Sang-Hyo’s boss. The murder case that brings about a crisis at the hotel is related with his personal history. He is in a love triangle with Sang-Hyo and Eun-Joo.

Lee Young-Eun as Yeo Eun-Joo

Eun-Joo works as public relations manager for the hotel. She is ambitious with her work career. She competes with Sang-hyo for both a promotion and Sung-gyeom's heart. A murder turns the hotel topsy-turvy. Plot

An ordinary woman happens to spend one night with the successor of a large company. She finds herself being pregnant…..

The two strangers, man and woman, meet and then experience love through ups and downs. They will end with marriage. This is the standard procedure for the original love melo drama.  <FTLY> starts with marriage. The story line is about, through confusion and conflict, two main characters slowly understanding and loving each other as they grow in maturity. 
Therefore ‘one night’s mistake’ is actually ‘Fated To Love You’ and it is a sweet fantasy which every man and woman will enjoy. 
Could it be a bonus when a touching moment comes about the new awareness of the importance of having family? 
In the present modern society, being good hearted (착하다 good hearted/goodness) isn’t considered having more virtue. Let’s see how the good woman is able to live among 능력맨(a man of ability). 
The touching and good hearted feeling coming from one’s goodness can reveal to someone who is exhausted by endless competition in society about the real value of goodness and work as real healing.

Cast

• Jang Hyuk  as Lee Gun / Lee Geon

Lee Geon has money and a top class girlfriend.  He is the only successor on the 9th line from the Jeon Ju’s Lee family which has a history of every male heir dying off before reaching the age of 30.  From constant threat from the relatives for the successor’s spot, Lee Geon’s grandmother, the chairwoman Wang, urges LG to get married. 
LG understands his grandmother’s intention but LG’s ballerina girlfriend, Se Ra, doesn’t want marriage and children till she becomes a heroine on the international stage. LG is trapped helplessly between his grandmother and Se Ra.
One day Se Ra fails to pass audition which she waited eagerly and feels insecure.  LG tries to take advantage and prepares for the big proposal. 
However a twist of fate comes into play. When Se Ra is about to board the airplane for the destination, she receives the news that she passed the audition. Once again she postpones the marriage and leaves for NY. 
Without knowing this changed event, LG is preparing the proposal but the scheme by president Park from acquisitioned company and Choi brings scandal upon him. 
For those he loves, he shows the boundless sweetness otherwise he feels uneasy with others and he acts rude. He embroils in a lightning bolt of scandal and he hurts, unsophisticated yet good-hearted, Mi Young many times. More he acts like that to her more he keeps worrying the seemingly stupid woman. ( By @booha )

• Jang Na-Ra as Kim Mi-Young

Republic of Korea represents the most ordinary woman, ’Kim Mi Young’ 
With no academic background, no connection and no self-confidence, she is simply ordinary and has zero presence as a contract employee in the firm. She has difficulty saying no to others because she is concerned others might feel embarrassment. So she is always swarmed with others’ errands. She is like the desk wall poster which is filled with favors and errands. Everybody needs her but she is just unimportant 모태솔로 ( It refers to a woman who has never dated and lives alone as single.) 
One day like any other day, she receives lotto like luxury resort ticket. Then her colleagues, Min lawyer, whom she likes, congratulates her unexpectedly and she feels as if she is in a dream, She almost has to give up the resort vacation because she doesn’t have a traveling companion but the lawyer Min comes along with her and she prepares the trip with excitement. However she is caught up in a ridiculous situation and for the first time she spends a passionate night with a complete stranger. 
She always shows a deep consideration toward others that it became a part of herself which made her look like as if she has an bland personality. Then like fate a man comes to Kim Mi Young . Will this fate have a happy ending?      ( By @booha )

Who are the Dooley Couple?
Jung Yonghwa  & Park Shinhye





Why are they called the "Dooley Couple"?
Just before the  drama went on air, a group of Shinhye fans at Shinhye Gallery at DC Inside threw  ideas around what to call this couple. One of the names that came out during  this “nickname the couple” session was “Dooley”. The reason was that both Kyu  Won and Shin shares a surname “Lee”. In Korean, “dool” means “two”. The fans  thought that “dool Lee” had a nice ring to to. The makers of “Heartstrings” who  were browsing around fansites noiced the nickname “dool Lee” and thought to use  that name as unofficially official (!^^) nickname for this couple and the news  reporters ran with the nickname as well. So, the couple nickname of “Dool Lee”,  or in an English way of speaking “Dooley”, was born. It actually came from a  Korean meaning of “two Lee”.

Why they have other nicknames Couples?

because they previously had worked  in "You are Beautiful" ,they already had  fans who love them together and called them
the  "Shinhwa" Couple ( Shinhye&YongHwa) or YongHye Couple (YongHwa & ShinHye)


Why we love the "Dooley couple"?




because this is the destiny  and they were destined to meet ("YaB" and "Heartstrings")
because his chemistry is perfect
because they're very cute together
because they love to touch each other
because his relationship frienship  is adorable
because we love his natural skinships
because Yonghwa's mom think ShinHye is the perfect girl to her son

Lee Jong Suk as  Choi Dal Po

Lee Jong-seok plays a young reporter who’s been working at the news desk for a year. He’s tall and good-looking (well duh), but his shabby appearance — rundown clothes, bowl-cut hair (ack!) — hides all his good features and nobody gives him a second glance. But he’s eloquent and has an especially sharp memory, and just needs the right grooming and cultivating to put his best foot forward.

Park Shin Hye as Choi In Ha

Park Shin-hye plays the heroine who suffers from a form of Pinocchio syndrome, which makes her hiccup whenever she tells a lie. For some odd reason she chooses to be a news reporter because of this, likely because she’s idealistic enough to think she won’t ever have to lie on the job. 

Kim Young Kwang as Seo Bum Jo

Kim Young-kwang plays a chaebol heir with a sunny disposition, who’s never once had to live like a commoner while growing up. He spent a year working at a fashion magazine and quit, and tries his hand at broadcast news instead. Unlike the hero, he’ll be the kind of well-dressed, confident, handsome man to turn heads everywhere he goes. 

Lee Yoo Bi as Cha Hye Seung

Lee Yubi plays an ex-sasaeng-fan (in her high school and college days) who turns her idol fangirl know-how into useful skills as a reporter. She’s described as timid but extremely dogged, which sounds contradictory and yet perfect to describe a rabid fan.

         Leeteuk - Popular Leader of Super Junior who are unquestionably one of the top Idol groups in Korea.
         Kang Sora - A young new beautiful actress who caught the eye of the public with her role in the movie "Sunny".

 
         Leeteuk and Sora had their first fateful meeting on the show Strong Heart. There she was near Leeteuk a veteran in the industry who kindly helped her with her jacket..a fateful encounter which would later be a sweet memory for the couple as they reminisced about the show and their first meeting.

         At the end of September 2011, the show "We Got Married" selected Leeteuk and Kang Sora as one of their new couples. As MBC stated this was a match of a mismatched pair. Right from the start these two had sparks fly and their chemistry was apparent to the viewers.Their shyness and awkwardness engrossed the viewers who were seeking to witness more interaction between the two, week after week.

          Around February till May 2012, their appearance on the show was interrupted unfortunately due to a strike by MBC which caused their taping to stop. After the strike Sora aware of the fact that Leeteuk would revert  to his shyness mode took the lead. She showed Leeteuk her interest in him, especially loving his new body. A birthday surprise, a photoshoot, and meeting Sora's parents, Sora being Leeteuk's manager for a day, a road trip, all showed evidence the couple was happy to be together. Leeteuk and Sora now grew more comfortable around each other. DC fans had their cheeks ascending to the heavens watching these two. 

          They bid farewell to their virtual marriage after almost a year together. They had a beautiful good bye, letting the other know how much love they had for the other. Hugs and kisses came along with tears as they expressed their feeling about separation and their future.

WHO are Fighting Dimples?
        Fighting Dimples are Leeteuk and Sora WGM couple fans.
FD was formed in January4 2012 by a voting held by TeukSora fans in this thread.
The word "Fighting" was inspired from "Fighting" Junior (SJ members appearance from Ep2) and the word "Dimples" inspired from "Dimple" Couple.
       We may call ourselves various titles: Fighting Dimples, Dimple Couple Lovers, Teuksora fans, but the fact is we are Leeteuk and Sora couple fans from all over the world,different ages,and ethnicity who gathered in Soompi and became one big welcoming family.

One rainy day, when he was overwhelmed by fury, knives started protruding out of Hong Bin’s body. Since then, his sense of smell became extremely sensitive. One day, while visiting someone at a hospital, he is shaken by a familiar scent and becomes emotional. Following that scent, he finds a woman that he does not know. What is this girl called Son Se Dong anyway?

Son Se Dong (29) – Shin Se Kyung

She is caring and understanding of even people who are twisted. After their hard developed game got taken over by the big game company, she tries to get the game back from the evil CEO of the game company. Even when the CEO gets mad and makes absurd suggestions, she feels sorry for him instead of being upset. She always looks at the world through rose-colored glasses and gives positive energy to people around her.

Se Dong’s childhood nickname was “Mom”. She is always helping and taking care of others. Se Dong ends up taking care of a lost child, Chang Do. To Se Dong, who was having a difficult time, this little child that she is taking care of is a gift and an angel.

Assistant Go (28) – Han Jung Soo

His main job is to assist Hong Bin and to receive Hong Bin’s anger. A master in Hap Ki Do, Martial Arts and Tae Kwon Do. While he can take on Hong Bin at any day, he faithfully serves to Hong Bin for some reason. He knows Hong Bin better than Hong Bin himself.

He is dependable, loyal and truly nice. He may not be very bright but maybe that’s why he is staying with Hong Bin.

Chang (7) – Jung Yoo Geun

He was raised under a single mom, Tae Hee. Even though he is happy with his mom, he can’t help wondering who his father is. He imagines his father to be a super hero who needs to live in hiding. After his mother suddenly passes away, he comes to Korea to look for his father. But a scary man demands where his mother is and then that same scary man starts showing tears…

After his mother passes away, he is left all alone and is very scared of living this world all by himself. Then he finds another person that’s as good as his mother. This noona looks at him, smiles at him and takes away his fear. He wants to always stay with this noona.

Flower boy, talented, handsome, swoon-worthy, adorable, cute, dorky are some descriptions fans used to describe this South Korean actor. 

Lee Min-ho was born on June 22nd, 1987 in Seoul, South Korea. As a child, Min-ho dreamt of becoming a professional soccer player, playing in an arena full of cheering supporters. Like many childhood dreams, however, his was left not entirely fulfilled due to an injury sustained as a child. 

As he progressed through high school, Min-ho started to consider acting as his true calling. By his final year of high school, he was signed by Starhaus Entertainment. Like many aspiring artists, the starting point to stardom was filled with rocky steps for Lee Min-ho. One major setback occurred in 2006 when he and best friend, Jung Il-woo whom he befriended in high school, were severely injured in a car accident. 

After almost a year of rehabilitation, Min-ho returned to acting through a school-centric drama, Mackerel Run. This series was his first leading role, and he had high hopes of it becoming successful. Unfortunately, Mackerel Run’s sixteen episodes run was shortened to eight. And the disappointment continued. Between 2007 and 2008, Min-ho continued to act in smaller roles in drama series, I Am Sam and Get Up, and films Public Enemy Returns and Our School E.T. 

His major breakthrough came at the start of 2009 when he was chosen to play the lead Gu Jun Pyo in Boys before Flowers, a Korean adaptation of the famed manga Hana Yori Dango. This role catapulted Min-ho into an overnight star. It’s safe to assume that Lee has made Gu Jun-pyo an iconic character in the fable of Korean dramas. And it is with this role that the name “flower boy” becomes a part of Min-ho’s public lexicon. 

Aware that Boys before Flowers was a perfect storm of success, Min-ho wanted to build upon his acting craft by portraying different characters. In the Spring of 2010, he took the challenge of playing a perfectionist architect, Jeon Jin-ho, in the romantic comedy, Personal Taste, starring opposite Son Ye-jin. After gaining further acting growth in this romantic comedy, Min-ho followed a different character path by choosing to act as a playboy turned heroic vigilante, Lee Yoon-sung, in a Korean City Hunter manga adaptation. After the success of City Hunter, Min-ho’s next acting endeavor was in the time-travel fusion sageuk, Faith, as General Choi Young. 

Lee Min-ho’s major career breakthrough in 2009 has also attracted a legion of fans, affectionately called Minoz. Since then, he has held numerous fan-meetings and endorsed many products throughout East Asia, in part as a vehicle to maintain and deepen his relationship with the fans. His most recent interaction with Minoz was through the release of his very first album, My Everything, and a recently completed tour in eight metropolitan cities around East Asia. 

In the Fall of 2013, Min-ho returned to the small screen in He Who Wears the Crown, Bears its Weight -- The Heirs. In this series, he portrayed the lead Kim Tan, an emotionally wounded upper class teenage heir yearning for reasons to heal and live through love and friendship formed within the circle of high society. After the Heirs, Min-ho's next role will be in the film, Gangnam Blues, written and directed by Yoo-ha. Filming will commence in April and is expected to release later this year.

From a struggling actor to an overnight star, Lee Min-ho has since been solidifying himself as a leading man and serenading fans all over Asia and the world. He has come along way from that young boy who had a dream of becoming a professional footballer, displaying his skill and talent in a field of adoring home fans and fearful away supporters. But one remnant of that childhood dream is fulfilled -- he has created many spectacles in front of entertaining audiences. Just in a different field -- a stage with lights and cameras. Hardly anyone realizes she can get her heart tugged by sth quite trivial. She just wants to be regarded as a confident colleague in this world of PDs dominated by men, a rival to be reckoned with, instead of the pity and exagerrated attention.

Kim Yeo Jin as Lee Seo Woo (Drama scriptwriter)

She has a lot to say and she always said it as directly and bluntly as she pleases, she is a drama scriptwriter with her own unique style and interpretation of blazing words both in life and in her drama scripts.
Although she is described as meticulous and always produces her works promptly on deadlines. She has also heard ppl constantly saying she is too egoistic. She is never into relationships, devolting herself wholeheartedly into her work.

Synopsis & Info

Song Hye Gyo plays a PD Joo Joon Young (주준영) who has bold and unstoppable personality. Hyun Bin also plays a promising drama PD Jung Ji Oh (정지오). This drama focuses on TV stations by portraying the love and struggle of these 2 PDs during filming their respective projects as well as unfolding male and female staffs' love stories and marriages.

Actress Bae Jong Ok (배종옥) plays a cold-hearted actress with good acting skill. Actor Uhm Ki Joon (엄기준) plays a successful but cold-hearted PD Son Gyoo Ho (손규호). Actress Suh Hyo Rim (서효림) plays a rookie actress Jang Hae Jin (장해진) who has lovely and bright personality. Hae Jin and Gyoo Ho develop a relationship resulted from the conflict between love and ambition. Actor Pan Yoo Gul (판유걸) plays a troublemaker. The supporting cast also includes Yoon Yu Jung and Daniel Choi (윤여정, 최다니엘).

Episode One Preview

Joon Young (Song Hye Kyo) is preparing a birthday party for her boyfriend when Ji Oh (Hyun Bin) who is filming a scene met with an accident. The company assigns Joon Young as a replacement director to oversee and continue with the filming. However, she then gets unreasonable requests from the cast members.Ji Oh breaks up with Joon Gi on the eve of the broadcast without even having the chance to meet. After the filming, Joon Young drags her tiring body back home. Selfish thoughts began to occupy her mind when she heard that Ji Oh and Joon Gi had broke up…On the otherhand, Ji Oh manages to recover from the breakup and works hard at work. But all he gets is the angry face of his superior.

Even though in 2002 Eric and his Shinhwa band mates had cameo appearance in the movie Emergency 19 Act, Eric’s career as an actor really started in 2003 when director Park Sung Soo gave him 0.5 second to make a decision whether taking on a supporting roll for MBC’s series Breathless (I Run). Eric responded with a "Yes" and that opened door to the path of acting. In early 2004, he got a big break with the immensely popular drama Phoenix (Bulsae). Later that year, Eric had a series of Banjun dramas (reversed mini-dramas) from the SBS’s Good Sunday Show. He was recognized for his acting skill and also won MBC Best New Actor Award for Phoenix in the same year. Since then, Eric has stared (lead roles) and expanded his acting repertoire with different types of characters in numerous dramas and movies. Strongest Chil Woo was his last drama before enlisted to the Korean army.

On Oct.31, 2010 with a welcoming of nearly 500 fans on site, Eric was discharged from his army duty. Prior to his discharge, Eric had several drama offers and Poseidon, a big budgeted marine police drama, was to be his comeback drama.  Howevever production was put to a haul after the attack by North Korean on Yeonpyeong-do island (where most of Poseidon filming was).   After SBS later pulled Poseidon off their scheduled broadcast date, the original cast (Eric, Kim Kang-woo, U-Know Yunho, Kim Ok-bin, Jeon Hye-bin) had moved on to other projects after a long wait.  Eric went on to star in KBS Spy Myung-wol as his 1st drama after coming back from his mandatory military service.  Poseidon eventually was picked up by KBS with a new cast and a new script/plot.

After discharge from his military service, Eric also worked on negotiation to create Shinhwa own company.  The fruit of that labor is  Shinhwa Company.  Shinhwa Company was born on July 01, 2011 with Eric & Minwoo are co-CEO while all members put in equal share of investment to the company.  On March 23 2012, Shinhwa released their 10th album, The Return, followed with concert tours starting with Seoul right on their 14th Anniversary.  Shinhwa also has their own variety show, Shinhwa Broadcast, with jTBC with its first broadcast on March 17, 2012.  Since the forming of Shinhwa Company, Eric temporary puts his solo activities on hold because he wants to focus on strengthening Shinhwa.

At the end of December 2013, Eric's contract with Top Class Entertainment ended.  Eric teams up with his long time manager of more than 10 years to set up a new management company, E&J Entertainment.  After 3 years since his last drama, Spy Myungwol, 2014 also marks Eric's comeback to drama with Discovery of Romance.  This marks 7-year reunion with Jung Yumi,  his co-star in Que Sera Sera.

Eric's contract with Top Class Entertainment ended December 2013.  He teams up with Lee Jong Hyun (his long time manager of more than 10 years since Eric was with Good Ent) to set up a new management company, E&J Entertainment.

First introduced to the public at the end of 1997, Eric & Andy rapped for S.E.S.’s hit song “I’m Your Girl”. By early summer of 1998, Eric made a debut as the leader & main rapper for the popular 6 members boy band Shinhwa. The group consist 3 vocalists (Shin Hye Sung, Kim Dong Wan, Lee Min Woo) and 3 rappers (Eric Mun, Park Jun Jin, Andy Lee). Eric also writes rap lyrics and composes for most of Shinhwa’s songs as well some of members’ solo. Beside that, he also features in many songs & music videos for other Korean artists. In 2003, Shinhwa refused to extend the contract with SM Entertainment, which was undoubtedly a big shock in the industry. Eric was the one who negotiated with the management and forking out his own funds to buy back Shinhwa’s name. No one will ever know how much hardship he had to endure during the negotiations. Eric also lowered his fees 3 times so that they can all move to a new management company successfully. Eric & Shinhwa members celebrated their 10th Anniversary in March 2008 which was also their last concert before the members starting to fulfill their mandatory 2-year military service.

Since forming his own management company, Top Class Entertainment in 2007, Eric & Top Class had produced a female duo Honey Dew who made their first debut in May 2010 with their single Like A Fool

There were 2-3 contracts offers with Eric's price being 4 times larger than our price. We were aware of that too. Each of us was priced differently by management companies. Even though other members also made sacrifices, Eric made the biggest sacrifice. He had to bring down his price to 3 times less than his own price. That's why, the fact that the 6 of us are able to stay together now, Eric contributed a lot to it.

Thus til today, they still exist as Shinhwa, with its line up unchanged from day one. It is a feat in the Korean music scene for any idol group to be able to stay intact for this long. The core of this group is of course Mun Jung Hyuk. Well-known for giving the limelight to his fellow members, and taking care of them, his contribution to Shinhwa is massive. Regardless of his popularity, he remains the humble Mun Jung Hyuk, uniting the group with his presence.

‘Rom-Com King’ Joo Sang Wook to Return as Lead in ‘Birth of a Beauty’

Joo Sang Wook has confirmed SBS’s Birth of a Beauty as his next project and declared the return of the ‘rom-com king.’

Birth of a Beauty (tentative title) is about romance between a woman who enters a whole new life after going through a successful diet and plastic surgery and the man who gave birth to her new life. In the project, Joo Sang Wook will be acting as ‘Han Tae Hee,’ the heir to SJ group who suffers from ‘broken heart syndrome,’ caused by a psychological shock.

‘Han Tae Hee’ has an ‘active volcano-like’ personality who is not afraid of any hardship and in order to get the love of his life back, he turns a fat girl named ‘Sa Geum Ran’ into a beautiful woman renamed as ‘Sa Ra.’ He later falls in love with Sa Ra.. 
Having acted out dynamic characters in numerous projects, such as Giant, Feast of the Gods, Good Doctor and more, Joo Sang Wook recently received a lot of love by making a complete transformation as the comical character in the romantic comedy drama Cunning Single Lady.

In his second romantic comedy drama, Joo Sang Wook will be showing off different charms from Cunning Single Lady, setting his status as the ‘rom-com king.’

Joo Sang Wook said, “As soon as I received the scenario, I was drawn to the unique character and story. I’m anticipating it since I think I will be able to show the viewers various sides of me through the character named ‘Han Tae Hee.’ I will act hard to add to the good project. Please show your interest.”

Birth of a Beauty will be another collaboration project between Lee Chang Min PD, who directed Giant, Midas, Bride of the Sun, My Lover and Madame Butterfly, and writer Yoon Young Mi, who wrote A Tale of Two Sisters, Bride of the Sun, A Well Grown Daughter and more, since they worked on Bride of the Sun together.

Han Ye Seul Confirms Drama Comeback with SBS’ “Birth of a Beauty”

Han Ye Seul has finally confirmed her return to the small screen!

The actress has been cast as the lead actress for SBS’ upcoming drama “Birth of a Beauty,” and she will be acting alongside actor Joo Sang Wook.

After undergoing plastic surgery and a rigorous diet, Sa Ra (Han Ye Seul) has turned from an ordinary middle-aged woman to an attractive lady, and she is about to start anew with the help of her stunning appearance. While enjoying her new life, she falls in love with the character played by Joo Sang Wook.

Known as the “rom-com queen,” the anticipation is high for the actress’ comeback to the drama scene, and many are excited to see the chemistry between Joo Sang Wok and Han Ye Seul, the dream couple of rom-coms.

Moo Seok (Jung Yun Ho) is a bodyguard who serves the rogue prince, Lee Rin. He grew up under the strictest education and martial arts training to become the best swordsman in Chosun. He is a man of few words but women are drawn to him despite his coldness towards them. His icy heart began to thaw with the chance encounter of Do Ha but falling for her means that he has to compete for her hand against Prince Lee Rin whom he is currently serving.

Do Ha (Go Sung Hee) is the successor of the Ma Go tribe whom are the protectors of the Baek Do mountains' spirits energy for generations. She is a warm, kind-hearted girl who travels to Han Yang, the capital of Chosun searching  for the night watchmen who are destined to bear the fate of the Ma Go tribe. And though a twist of fate, she gets entangled in a triangular love relationship with the hot-blooded Lee Rin who is hot like fire and his bodyguard "Moo Seok" who is as cold as ice.

Park Soo Ryun (Seo Ye Ji) is the daughter of court officer, Park Soo Jong and despite her sweet and harmless appearance as a virtuous girl, she actually harbors strong desires and pride to become the wife of Prince Lee Rin. Therefore she sees Do Ha as a thorn in her flesh who is obstructing from getting what her heart desires.
