The first guy I've liked broke my heart (I'm a late bloomer bcuz I was 20) ...over and over again. I couldn't help but forgive him over and over however...
Recently felt need to reach out to him after 4 months of no contact because our best friends are dating and I didn't want our animosity to be a barrier. I asked him if he hated me still( even though he was the one who has ever given me reason to hate him) and all he said was "no...I feel nothing" which was the same as last time when we talked and he told me I should be hurt and I asked him what it felt like to him to have me hurt but he just says nothing.
What does he even mean? I feel like the reason I keep wanting to re-establish contact is because i feel like he owes me because I've done so much for him whereas he's done nothing and I've never received an apology from him.
Will I ever? Or should I allow my hate to last a lifetime?
